Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every course purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no interrogation, no hoops, and regardless of how much of the course you have watched.

This applies to all course purchases, including "The Ultimate Gritty Film Course". There are no restocking fees, no partial-refund rules and no conditions that reduce this guarantee.

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at hello@untagd.co with the email address you used at checkout and we will arrange it for you.

If you paid through our Kuwait payment option, email us directly at the same address and we will process the refund back to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes 5–10 business days to show the funds. Once a refund is issued, access to the related course ends.

Custom client projects are not covered by this guarantee, because work begins on your specific brief as soon as the project is accepted. Revisions and scope for those projects are agreed in writing before work starts. Get in touch if something is not right and we will find a fair resolution.
