The seller and operator of this website is untagd, a sole proprietorship established and operating in the State of Kuwait, trading under the brand name "UNTAGD" (referred to in these terms as "untagd", "we" or "us"). Any contract you enter into through this website is with untagd.

By creating an account, purchasing a course, downloading an asset or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, and that if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation.

The only product sold through this website is online filmmaking education: pre-recorded video lessons, written material and downloadable learning resources, currently "The Ultimate Gritty Film Course" — a one-time purchase with no subscription or recurring billing. Course access is delivered digitally through your account on this site.

Other pages on this website, including our portfolio and the description of the commissioned production work we have done for clients, are informational only. Nothing on those pages is purchasable through this website, and no transaction takes place there. Commissioned production work, if any, is agreed separately and directly by written contract and is not sold or paid for through this site's checkout.

We do not sell marketing services, advertising services, lead generation, business-opportunity or income schemes, and we do not sell or provide access to any artificial intelligence tool, model or generator.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

On purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content you bought, for your own learning and your own creative work.

You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the content;
• record, rip, mirror or re-upload lesson videos to any other platform;
• share your account credentials, or use one account for a team, classroom or organisation without our written agreement;
• reverse engineer the Service or circumvent any technical or access limits.

You must not misuse the Service. That includes any unlawful use, fraud, spam, harassment, infringing anyone's intellectual property, or interfering with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, scanning or automated scraping.

untagd retains all ownership of the Service and everything in it: course videos, written material, templates, software, branding, the untagd name and logo. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Work you create using what you learn is yours.

If you upload files, briefs, references or messages to the Service, you keep ownership of them and grant us a limited licence to host and process them only so we can deliver the Service to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax and cancellation mechanics are covered by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Orders placed through our Kuwait payment option are processed by our local payment gateway; in that case untagd is the seller of record for that transaction. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Content, lessons and features may be updated, improved or changed.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules — for example by pirating or redistributing course content.

If your access ends, you may request an export of files you personally uploaded within 30 days, after which we may delete them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Education is not a guarantee of any specific result, audience growth, views or income.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow that exclusion.

You agree to indemnify untagd against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence says otherwise.
